Applying for Out of Warranty Service Request

After the warranty period (stated on Flow Pro Limited Warranty), the consumer must pay for the repair or replacement including shipping.
First of all, we suggest that the consumer repair or fix the product by following Trouble Shooting (Do it yourself) and replace part(s) by ordering parts (see Parts List and Part Photos)

If the consumer requires a repair service of the product, please browse to our Contact Us page and write an e-mail with Repair as the subject. Please include the following information in the message:

Shipping address
Serial Number(such as B-XXXXX)
Description of the product repair needed

When you submit this information, you will receive an e-mail with a Service Number (such as S981020) and where to send the repair to.

Ship your product with a Service Request Form or a Note page that has the same contents as Service Request Form to our designated Service Center. You are responsible for shipping costs as well as product lost or damaged before they reach Flow Pro Service Center. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS that allows you to track your package. Once the product is received, we will process your service request.
