Applying for In-Warranty Service


If you receive a defective product or experience problems with your product that fall within the Flow Pro Limited Warranty (please browse Flow Pro Limited Warranty under Services), you may process the return on our website and ship the defective product to our Service Center. First, browse to our Contact Us page and write an e-mail with Repair as the subject. Please include the following information in the message:

Shipping address
Sprayer Serial Number(such as B-XXXXX near charging plug or main switch)
Date of purchase and purchase location
Explanation of the product defect

Note: Your warranty may not be processed if we do not have all your information.

When you submit this information, you will receive an email with a Service Number (such as W961106) and where to send the defective product. Ship your defective product with a Service Request Form or a Note page that has the same contents as the Service Request Form and along with proof of purchase (as described in Flow Pro Limited Warranty) to our designated Service Center. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach Flow Pro Service Center. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS that allows you to track your package. Once the product is received, we will process your service request.
